ERS has been providing service to the hospitality trade for over 45 years. We are experienced professionals that guide you through all design stages, from image and concepts, overseeing design details and construction, F.F. & E. specifications, down to the critical-final installation.
With our firm located in the San Francisco Design Center, this gives us immediate access and knowledge of the most current products available from major furniture suppliers.
We design and specify furnishings for guestrooms and suites, all pubic areas, lobbies, meeting facilities, ballrooms, bars, restaurants and casinos. We can supply all F.F. & E, such as: upholstery, casegoods, occasional and outdoor furniture, wallcovering, beds and frames, carpet, area rugs, padding, bed treatments, draperies, lighting, mirrors, artwork and accessories.
ERS has worked with highly visible and image conscious companies such as; Marriott, Starwood, IHG, Wyndam, Carlson, Choice and Best Western. Their extensive resume of completed projects also includes boutique hotels, independent family owned hotels, restaurants, and healthcare facilities.
Michelle was born and raised in San Francisco. After high school, she married and started a family. Her children are now 31 and 28.
Her association with ERS Hospitality began in 1985. She was trained to do telemarketing and sales. Her new skills enabled her to significantly raise sales within the company and increase the client base.
As a sales representative, Michelle provided customer service, which also included sales with designers and architectural firms. Combined with product knowledge, excellent customer service and communication skills, Michelle become an invaluable asset to the company.
In 1989, after four years in sales with ERS Hospitality, Michelle was trained to take over the accounting system. She maintained the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Ledger. Her responsibilities included balancing accounts for month end, preparing reports, and assisting with all financial aspects of the company. For the next 15 years she maintained the accounting, in addition to increasing responsibilities of customer sales, marketing and company management.
Michelle decided to continue her education in 2004, and started working towards a small business certification in management, sales and advertising.
In July 2004, Michelle became President of the company, and is now in her 22nd year. Her hard work and devoted years of service has provided her with invaluable experience, knowledge, and professionalism needed to maintain all operations of the company.
